1) What shipping options do you offer and how much would it cost?
For the Shadow Collection, our shipping partners are DHL, Canada Post, USA Post and USPS. For orders shipping within the Domestic United States, Standard First Class (3-5 business days for processing, 10-15 business days delivery): $4.95 USD. For international orders to Canada, our shipping partners are DHL Standard First Class (3 - 5 business days for processing, 10-15 business days for delivery): $9.99 USD.
For the Zen Collection, our shipping partners are Canada Post in Canada, USA Post and USPS in the US. For orders shipping within the Domestic United States, Standard First Class (3-5 business days for processing, 15-20 business days delivery): $4.95 USD. 2) Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, but only to the US on orders over $200 USD
3) Where do you ship to?
Currently we ship to the US, Canada and UK. We will be going international in the very near future. Please stayed tuned.
4) Do you ship every day?
Shipments go out Monday to Friday. We strive to process your orders within 3 – 5 business days (excluding postal time).
We will notify you if there are delays, so please bear with us as we’re still a small company!
5) Where is my package? When will I receive my order?
Once an order has shipped, an email with a tracking information will be sent to you. If you have not received a shipping
confirmation email within a few days of placing your order, please check your ‘spam’ folder. If you think your package
has gone missing, please reach out to us and we’ll start a trace with the courier company.

8) What’s your return policy?
We want you to have the best experience possible with us. In the unfortunate event you don’t, please contact us
and we’ll find a solution. Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately
we can't offer you a refund or exchange. Shipping cost are not eligible for refunds. If a package is marked as delivered,
but it is stolen or you are unable to locate it, we are unable to refund the order amount. We are not responsible for
personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot refund or
accept a return.
9) What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?
The prices on our website already factor in the taxes. However, you are subject to any international duty and freight
imposed by your country, state or province.
10) Where are you located?
We are located in Toronto Canada. However, our main warehouses is in the US
11) How do I make sure I order the right size?
We offer two size types, Slim and Regular. We recommend that you measure your shoulders and chest before ordering,
and refer to one of the charts found on the product page.
